Anna Lettera is a Brooklyn-based actor, comedian, writer, and director. She received her BFA in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Performance from Hofstra University in 2022. Most recently Anna revived her role as Jane in Sterile Processing, directed by Jack Ventimilia, as a part of the second volume of indie short play festival, Garage Plays. In 2025 she made her musical debut in Carbon Monoxide: The Musical by Roberto Kerry, directed by Ava O'Dea. Anna can also be seen as a resident cast member of That's Our Show, a sketch show produced by Spencer Giles and Mark Melton that recently completed it's 2025 residency at the PIT. She is revered for her Charli xcx impression (not really, but wouldn't it be cool if I was?).
Her whimsical (yeah, whimsical) sense of humor has graced the stages of BCC, UCB, and The PIT (and Second City for one blissful night), but she can most frequently be seen performing alongside Elana Morris as the indie twoprov team, NANA. They host and produce the monthly variety show NANA at the Grassy Noll in Bushwick.
Anna seeks to create work that is human and stupid (are those not synonyms?), and is predominately focused on sharing the experience of being a girl in your mid-twenties (sucks). She has been described as a "lighting bolt" and "fucking delight" when taking to the improv stage.

Off the stage, Anna is a Teaching Artist with the Irondale Ensemble Project, as well as a freelance production assistant for press junkets and film sets.
