Anna Lettera is a Brooklyn-based actor and comedian. She received her BFA in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Performance from Hofstra University in 2022. Most recently Anna made her musical debut in Carbon Monoxide: The Musical by Roberto Kerry, directed by Ava O'Dea presented at the Maker's Ensemble. Other recent credits include That's Our Show at the People's Improv Theater, Sterile Processing written by Ava O’Dea and directed by LD Kelley, Gamepiece, produced by the Sleight of Hand Ensemble, and the Rocky Horror Half-Ass Shadow Cast directed by Paris Adkins, presented at Upright Citizens Brigade.

Anna has been doing improv for over seven year and has received her improv training from Brooklyn Comedy Collective. She can be seen frequently bouncing around the New York comedy scene doing offbeat, and beautiful, twoprov as one half of the comedy duo NANA. Her whimsical sense of humor has graced the stages of BCC, UCB, The PIT, and any bar with a stage that agrees that improv is an art.

Anna’s work is fueled by her love to explore and build something beautiful, human and often weird, with an ensemble. She believes there is no greater joy than being present with someone on stage, and has been described as a “lightning bolt” and “a f*cking delight” when she does improv.

Off the stage, Anna is a Teaching Artist with the Irondale Ensemble Project, as well as a freelance production assistant for press junkets and film sets. She is also a self-proclaimed "Canva fanatic," having managed social media for a number of theaters and improv teams.
